Helena Community Invited to Open House to Discuss Helena’s Downtown Multimodal Plan | ABC Fox Montana Helen

HELEN, Mont. – The community of Helena is invited to an open house to discuss the Helena Downtown Multimodal Plan.

An Open House is being hosted May 24 by the City of Helena from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the offices of Downtown Helena Inc., located at 330 N. Jackson St.

Depending on the city, the public can ask questions about the plan and provide feedback on the initial concepts.

A planning team began collecting public feedback on connectivity in downtown Helena in March.

“The Downtown Helena Multimodal Plan will combine several previous city plans and studies into a single document that will prioritize projects and identify areas of infrastructure potential and shortfalls,” the city said in a statement. . “Ultimately, the plan will identify feasible options to provide safe and efficient connections between the Centennial Trail, Great Northern, downtown and the pedestrian mall to promote a unified and connected downtown.”
